Why check plugins as a set
Most plugin problems aren't one bad plugin — they're two plugins fighting over the same chat command, a plugin that needs a dependency you didn't install, or an Oxide-only plugin on a Carbon server. Checking the whole set at once catches those before they cost you a wipe.
