The holiday season is always a great time to pick up games and accessories at discounted prices. Retailers across the board are slashing prices on PS5, Switch, PC, and Xbox products–but most of these promotional events end as soon as we roll into 2023. Whether you’re shopping for your family or want to add another game to your own library, there are plenty of impressive sales to check out.
One of the biggest sales is happening over at Fanatical, as the storefront is discounting thousands of games. It recently updated its catalog with even more items, letting you snag God of War for $25 or Deathloop for $17. You’ll also earn a free game when spending over $12 on your order, so be sure to hit that mark before checking out. Fanatical is far from the only PC games storefront offering tremendous deals.
Best Buy’s Last-Minute Sale is a great option if you’re still wrapping up your holiday shopping, as many products are eligible for curbside pickup and can be ready in less than an hour. Along with a vast selection of games, Best Buy is also discounting TVs, laptops, and other electronics.
As always, first-party storefronts for PlayStation,Xbox, and Switch are all joining in on the festivities. Nintendo’s catalog isn’t quite as robust as the other two, but you’ll still find some underrated indies and popular games from the Square Enix catalog on sale. PlayStation and Xbox, meanwhile, are slashing prices on hundreds of games–so be sure to check them out if your prospective game isn’t discounted elsewhere.
Don’t forget you can also snag free games during the holidays. Epic is giving away one free game each day through December 29, and Amazon will offer 10 freebies for Prime members starting December 27.
To help you navigate all the deals available today, here’s a look at every winter/holiday sale that’s available today. Remember–many of these will end after the holidays, so try to find time in your busy schedule to take a look and save some cash.
