The earbuds were developed alongside the PlayStation Portal Remote Play handheld. The Portal has built-in support for PlayStation Link, low-latency wireless tech designed to offer lossless audio and fast switching between devices.
The Pulse Explore also comes with a PlayStation Link adapter, which is required to sync the earbuds to PS5. You can use the adapter on PC and Mac, too. Since the earbuds also have Bluetooth, you can use them on Steam Deck, Nintendo Switch, and smartphones. If You can connect to two devices simultaneously with PlayStation Link and Bluetooth.
