Amazon has terrific Blu-ray box set deals on Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super as part of its Cyber Monday sale. Dragon Ball Z: The Complete Series is discounted to only $100.49, which is the lowest price in two years that isn’t exclusive to Prime members. The deal is also within four bucks of the box set’s all-time best price ($97). Dragon Ball fans can also get Dragon Ball Super: The Complete Series – Collector’s Edition for only $120. This set comes with 10 steelbook cases and a decorative metal display box. Both deals are expected to expire December 1 when Amazon’s Cyber Monday promotion ends.
Amazon’s Dragon Ball Super deal was part of its Black Friday sale, but the DBZ deal started this weekend. The $120 price matches the all-time low price from February and last holiday season. The Seasons 1-9 Box Set includes all 291 episodes on 1080p Blu-ray–roughly 115 hours of content–with English and Japanese audio tracks.
Dragon Ball Z takes place immediately after the events of the original Dragon Ball anime series and follows the Earth’s greatest fighter, Goku, and his allies as they take on super-powered enemies like Frieza, Cell, and Majin Buu.

The entire Dragon Ball Super arc is collected across 20 discs, two in each steelbook case. That’s right, this gift set comes with 10 steelbooks and a premium metal display case. The box has dedicated slots for each steelbook and a lid featuring the dragon Shenron.
At the $120 deal price, you’re paying $12 per steelbook, which is quite cheap compared to standalone anime Blu-rays with steelbook cases.
The total runtime for the 131 episodes is 54 hours and 35 minutes. The English dub has Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Surround Sound. If you want to watch the series in Japanese with English subtitles, the audio is Dolby TrueHD 2.0 audio.
The even number discs in the box set have multiple textless opening/closing songs as well as interviews, expo panels, and other featurettes as bonus features.
